My stay at Hotel da Cachoeira in Penedo was a delightful culinary journey. What sets this hotel apart is their innovative restaurant, offering a fusion of traditional Brazilian flavors with a modern twist. The restaurant's serene ambiance, overlooking the small waterfall on the property, creates the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying the Comida Caipira, a local traditional dish, just a short distance from the hotel. The flavors were authentic and comforting, a true homage to Brazil's culinary heritage. A visit to Querencia, a restaurant nearby, added another layer to my gastronomic exploration.Hotel da Cachoeira's commitment to providing a diverse culinary experience, coupled with their comfortable accommodations and picturesque surroundings, ensures a truly immersive stay for any food enthusiast. I left with content taste buds and a desire to return for more culinary adventures.
